Our goal is to produce and market unique and enticing confections as are seldom seen elsewhere including cheesecakes, candy gifts, and pecans. Ever striving for quality and difference the inventory had gradually grown from only a few items in the beginning until now it is approaching the count of twenty! You'll love our liqueur-filled POSH PECANS, candied pecans, pound cake, fudge, truffles and wafers.
Many of our recipes are from family kitchens and others the founder has created himself. You will hear more about Posh Pecans as you read on in the catalog but their immediate acceptance and success actually are the bed rock of the company.
Cheecans (Chee-kans) sprung from an old cheese straw recipe with some ingredients taken out and others added, A little Spicy and with a slightly delayed hint of pepper they are among the first items to sell out each season.
Divine Cheesecakes, only added to the menu about six years ago are the source of great pride. A smooth velvety cake, made with absolutely no flour they simply melt in your mouth while you savour their chocolate/pecan crusts! We ship these cakes all over the country.
